We use information to run the platform, deliver diet and workout plans, manage appointments, send reminders, support care-team workflows, secure accounts, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Health and fitness data is used for plan delivery, monitoring, and care-team coordination. It should be reviewed with qualified professionals and should not be treated as emergency or diagnostic care.

Photo-library access is used for user-selected images. Notifications are used for reminders and account messages. Users can manage optional permissions in device settings.

The Android app does not collect in-app payments. Web-based subscription and listing payments may be processed by payment providers under their own policies.

Information is shared with authorized care-team members and service providers as needed. We use reasonable security controls and retain data as needed for service, legal, billing, safety, and support purposes.

Users can update profile details, manage device permissions, and request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support or using the Data Deletion page.
